At Apollon Nutrition, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

 

WHEN DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?

- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will ship the same day.

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).

- In rare cases, if a product is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified on the product page, cart page, and in your confirmation email.

- If you purchase a product on backorder, shipping may take longer than usual

WHERE ARE WE SHIPPING FROM?

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse. If you are located in the U.S., you can expect delivery within a few business days after your order is processed and shipped.

 

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?

Shipping rates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the total weight of your order. 


To calculate your shipping cost:

1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart.

2. Go to your cart and select “Check Out.”

3. Enter your email and shipping address.

4. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

 

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $99 (7-8 business days transit time).

- Free Shipping: Available for all orders $99 and above.

- Expedited Flat Rate Shipping: $29.95 (1-2 business days transit time).

 

International Shipping (United Kingdom & United Arab Emirates):

- Varies by Weight and Destination: cost will appear in cart total

- Important Notice: Apollon Nutrition is not responsible for any lost packages, VAT, import duties, or additional customs charges. The purchaser assumes all risks and responsibilities for international shipments.

- Please note that Apollon Nutrition cannot guarantee specific shipping times, as delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier service disruptions.

 

DO WE SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY?

Apollon Nutrition proudly serves international customers in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, ensuring a secure and professional purchasing experience.

 

If you are a member of the U.S. Military we are happy to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. 

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ITEM OR SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN I CHANGE IT?

Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to change your order, please do so before clicking “Complete Order”

 

After your order is placed:

- We cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been processed.

- If an incorrect shipping address was entered, and the package has already shipped, you will need to contact the address recipient or wait for the package to be returned to our fulfillment center. If the package is returned, we can reship it to your correct address or issue a refund for the product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable).

- If an incorrect product/flavor was selected, and the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes. Once received, you may contact Customer Support to discuss return/exchange options (return shipping costs apply).

- Apollon Nutrition is not liable for any losses due to incorrect details provided by the customer. Refunds for missing orders due to incorrect addresses are not guaranteed.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DO NOT SHIP YOUR RETURN BEFORE FIRST CONTACTING US

1. RETURN POLICY

If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), and in new condition.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase and an order number to complete your return. 

2. SHIPPING & REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Products need to be returned in the original package to the following address:

Depending on the reason for return, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your account, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. 

It is your responsibility to check if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). 

Duties or taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility.

If for whatever reason, your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy. 

6. DAMAGE & EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can email us at customercare@apollonnutrition.com

7. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

Depending on the severity, fraud and chargebacks will potentially result in disabling your purchase ability, law enforcement involvement, and legal action.
