If you like mascarpone you're going to love this recipe! These no bake protein balls can be made in minutes and are great to have on hand for easy healthy snacking. We used 50/50 Formula-X Alpine Vanilla for this low carb treat, but feel free to us your favorite flavor.
INGREDIENTS
12 balls
- 4 tbsp mascarpone
- 1.5 scoops Apollon Nutrition 50/50 Formula-X Alpine Vanilla protein
- 12 macadamia nuts
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together until blended and firm. Scoop about 1-1/2 tablespoons of the mixture into your hands and shape into 1" balls.
Insert macadamia nut in the middle of each ball.
Roll each ball in unsweetened shredded coconut, place in airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
